Cancellation and Refund

At Ruhil Smart City - II, we strive to ensure transparency in all transactions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the process in case of cancellation of bookings:

1. Booking Cancellation by Applicant

• If a customer chooses to cancel their booking, the request must be submitted in writing to the sales office.
• The cancellation will be processed as per the terms of the Buyer`s Agreement signed at the time of booking.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 45-60 working days after the cancellation request has been approved.
• Deductions such as administrative charges, processing fees, or booking amount (as applicable) will be made as per the Buyer`s Agreement.

3. Project Delays or Cancellations by Developer

• In the unlikely event of project cancellation, all payments made by the customer will be refunded without any deductions within the stipulated time frame.

4. Non-Transferability

• Refunds are processed only to the original applicant and cannot be transferred to another party without prior approval.
